Hand-Made Italian Pasta & Basic Sauces
Learn how to make pasta from scratch in this hands-on class. You will make wild mushroom ravioli, spinach fettuccine and delicate angel hair pasta. Also you will learn the basics of sauté and sauce work. Choose from many ingredients and create a sauce of your own. Come with your apron on and be ready to have fun!
Italian Basics
You will learn some fun and easy sides and salads, then finish up with a surprise dessert. Be ready to entertain Italian style!
Seafood Introduction
Learn how to identify and prepare fresh seafood. You will sauté, poach, bake and grill a variety of seafood. You will also learn to make a couple basic sauces and marinades.
Spice Me Up!
Get creative with me as I share some of my Thai-inspired dishes. You will learn how to combine flavors and create dishes of your own, know what to buy and where.
Entertaining for the Weekend – 1 & 2
Learn how to trim a beef tenderloin, and prepare it with a Port wine reduction and béarnaise sauce. Trim a lamb rack and "Wow!" your guests with it as an Appetizer. Also learn how to peel fruit and make a beautiful fruit platter. Some quick and easy breakfast breads, scones, classic muffins and danish. Make Finish up on with some ideas on how to make your guests feel pampered.
Appetizer & Dessert Menus for the Holidays – 1 & 2
Discuss menu ideas, sit back and relax during this demonstration class on appetizers and desserts for holiday entertaining. I will do the work and you will take home the recipes.
Sourdough to Cinnamon Buns
In this class you will learn how to make a sourdough starter and use it to make a variety of items, including includes pancakes, French loaf and challah.
