Working together and collaborating with a talented team is when the best ideas flow. I thrive in the moment and inspire unique and fresh ways to photograph food. Using my inner artist and Chef mind to create exceptional photos and having fun in the process.

Recipes are easy for me to write. I can cook as I breath, no thoughts just movement. Like the ocean, alive and changing, but with a constant undertow. Evolving a recipe from my childhood to recipe for today or dreaming up a recipe on paper then trying it in the kitchen. My success stems from my adaptability, true love of food, and sincere enjoyment of my craft.

Chef, Chef, Chef. A weekend retreat, full day or just the evening. You will have access to all my knowledge and Chef secrets. From dessert, to hand made pasta, or Thai noodles and spring rolls. You will be making delicious and creative meals to remember.

We will design custom, one of kind menus, inspired by your love. To add a personal touch to your day, I will create a signature appetizer, entree or dessert. Once you are husband and wife, you will the first to have a bite. I’m not a Chef who comes in to change, create and make a statement. I want to make your statement! The day is unforgettable and the food will be too!

We were thrilled to work with Sarah in planning a customized menu for our wedding. Having phenomenal food was so important to us and from day one she was worked creatively with our budget and ideas to give each dish a special twist. She went above and beyond for us by working with Alaskan halibut brought in from family, creating the tastiest and most beautiful wedding cake ever and tracking down my favorite dessert. She and her staff worked with the venue/rentals we had perfectly and our reception went off without a hitch – nothing but compliments from our guests all evening and weeks after on how fabulous everything was! Sarah Knecht prepared food for our wedding in the beautiful Paradise Valley. Working with chef Knecht was a much more creative, interactive experience than we thought possible. Together, we bounced ideas off each other and developed a unique menu that honored our tastes and the amazing food that Montana and Alaska provide. And, she definitely delivered on the day of the wedding. The serving stations were beautifully laid out, and guests were eagerly awaiting seconds. After the wedding numerous guests commented on how amazing the food was and how unique the dishes were. We were delighted to have such an amazing spread of Spanish-inspired plates to complement our day…it seemed so fitting!
