We were thrilled to work with Sarah in planning a customized menu for our wedding. Having phenomenal food was so important to us and from day one she was worked creatively with our budget and ideas to give each dish a special twist. She went above and beyond for us by working with Alaskan halibut brought in from family, creating the tastiest and most beautiful wedding cake ever and tracking down my favorite dessert. She and her staff worked with the venue/rentals we had perfectly and our reception went off without a hitch – nothing but compliments from our guests all evening and weeks after on how fabulous everything was! Through the entire process and long distance planning Sarah had us at complete ease. It was a pleasure to have worked with her and highly recommend her services!

You have been a life saver to me many times. There is no way I can manage my family and run my business, and then come home to entertain my clients and friends. There have been so many times when I’ve wanted to entertain at home rather than dining out, and you always make this happen. Working with you is very easy because you have such a great attitude, the food is always superb because you are passionate about what your do, and my guests always enjoy your presence because you are a terrific person. I don’t know what I would do without you!

Sarah Knecht prepared food for our wedding in the beautiful Paradise Valley. Working with chef Knecht was a much more creative, interactive experience than we thought possible. Together, we bounced ideas off each other and developed a unique menu that honored our tastes and the amazing food that Montana and Alaska provide. And, she definitely delivered on the day of the wedding. The serving stations were beautifully laid out, and guests were eagerly awaiting seconds. After the wedding numerous guests commented on how amazing the food was and how unique the dishes were. We were delighted to have such an amazing spread of Spanish-inspired plates to compliment our day…it seemed so fitting! We can give nothing but the highest praise and recommendation for chef Knecht for any event, large or small.

I just took a cooking class from Sarah Knecht, “ Dinners to Remember” it was a class to remember, YUMMY! The first time I took a class from Sarah a friend encouraged me to go with her. I thought it would be some gourmet food class I would not ever do at home, my friend said come and we will eat. It was great food and I came away encouraged to experiment, and not be bound by a recipe. At “Dinners to Remember” Sarah again showed us how to make common simple dishes into something special without a lot of fuss. Every time I take a class from Sarah we have a new family favorite “Dinner to Remember”.

Sarah’s knowledge and pairing of food is impeccable… Her presentation is creative and fun. She has always accommodated our wishes and is a true pleasure to work with.

Sarah Knecht is a phenomenal chef! Her food is delicious, and her ideas are always great. Her menus for our wedding parties were a huge hit with all of our guests. Sarah is easy to work with, and we would recommend her to anyone. She even went so far as to bring us cookies the morning of our wedding!

Every step, from initial contact through the last minute details, Sarah was personable and professional . Sarah’s upbeat demeanor and knowledge regarding planning our wedding menu made working with her a simple pleasure. She helped us with so many questions and offered many suggestions and solutions. She hired wonderful wait staff. And, of course, she made the most delicious food! All of our guests raved about it! It has been pure pleasure to work with Chef Sarah Knecht. Her meals are those foods you have always loved, with a uniquely joyful culinary twist. It’s the high quality, fresh and local ingredients and the care in preparing them – and the love that she has for what she does, that make her dishes so special. One thing we especially appreciate is that the portions are realistic – not too little or too much. This is very important when you want to fully enjoy the meal all the way from the beef tenderloin appetizer to the Coconut Cake with Caramelized Macadamia Nut Brittle and Vanilla Bean Frosting!

From planning the menus, to chatting (and maybe sampling a scone) in the fabulous-smelling kitchen, to the lovely presentation and impeccable service, Chef Sarah provides the dining experience that exactly matches our catering needs. In a life where we often grab food on the go – this is the “sit a spell” side of dining. Our goal each summer is to provide our guests with a Montana experience – slow down the pace, breathe that impossibly fresh air, drink in the view. And our guests, many of whom are visiting Montana for the first time, agree that the food matches the scenery – and that’s saying something.

We have used Sarah at several of our high end customer events, and have been very pleased. Our customers have expressed their delight with her culinary creations. Sarah’s service and food fits seamlessly with the image of excellence and quality we communicate for our business. I’m sure we will continue using her for future events.

Chef Sarah has been submitting articles for Hyalite Publishing Co. over the past year and her attention to detail while still managing to have fun has been a true treat. Sarah provides wonderful ideas on everything from hosting parties to simple family dinners. I’ve used several of her ideas, such as how children can help out in the kitchen and even tried her “Seriously Mac and Cheese” recipe. Seriously delicious!! We have enjoyed working with Chef Sarah and can’t wait to see what she comes up with next!

From the beginning stages of planning our menu to the end of our evening, I can’t put into words how fabulous Sarah was to work with. She is very professional, flexible and such a pleasure to have cater your event. She stays relaxed and helps the evening run smoothly. And did I mention the food is delicious! We have guests that travel all over to banquets and catered events and they tell us time and again how AMAZING the meal is at our banquet.
